It was a really busy week in school last week. On Monday John from the North Yorkshire library service visited school to talk to the children about the Summer reading challenge. This year the theme is ‘Marvellous Makers’ and the challenge starts on 13 th July. Anyone aged between 4 and 11 can take part. To register you just need to go along to your local library and if you’re not a member then you can join for free! On Wednesday we took part in a very special online assembly hosted by ‘Picture News’ the resource.
