It was fantastic to see the sunshine last week and see the children playing out on our field building grass houses, playing football and chatting in the shade. Let’s hope it continues. Our Year 6s had a really busy week completing their final preparation for their SATs which start today. Attached to this newsletter is an information leaflet produced by the Department for Education, in case you’d like to find out more about what SATs are and what is involved. Mrs Chaplin will be on morning gate duty this week as I help support in Class 3 each morning. We are so proud of all of our Year 6s and the progress they have made but it was lovely to see the PSHCE video that they made that shared all their achievements that can’t be measured by a national test. We look forward to sharing this with families at our leaver’s assembly at the end of term.
