Headteacher’s Message
Despite all the rain we have had a great week in school. We have had a whole school focus on improving our table manners which has been incredibly successful with more children than ever speaking politely and using please and thank you, using cutlery to eat instead of fingers and not talking with their mouths full of food. We have also seen children being much tidier when they are eating, keeping food on their trays or on the table and tidying up after themselves when they have finished. Well done everyone! Next Friday 30th January is our Christingle Service in church. All members of our school community are warmly invited to join us, Reverend Dianne and Reverend Dawn at Baldersby St James Church at 2pm. The children will all travel to the church on coaches from school shortly beforehand. They can then either be collected by parents/carers/other families at the end of the service or travel back to school by coach for the end of the day as usual. If you have not completed the form sent by email earlier this week sharing who will  collect your child and where from, please do so as soon as you are able. Thank you.
