Happy Easter holidays! This term has gone by very quickly in scho ol and as usual, it’s been incredibly busy. Last Friday was Red Nose Day and I am delighted announce that through our non uniform day and bake sale we raised the huge total of £280. Thank you to everyone that contributed and took part in raising money for this very worthy cause. On Thursday the whole school took part in a special Easter Prayer Journey morning, organised by Mrs Cawood. Children worked in small groups mixing with other classes to complete a series of activities to help them understand the Easter story and share their own thoughts, prayers and feelings about what they had learnt. It was a lovely morning and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Thank you to everyone who attended parents evening this week. It was lovely to see you all and give you the opportunity to see the children’s fabulous work and hear about their progress. If you haven’t had the chance to speak to your child’s teacher yet or couldn’t attend, then please don’t hesitate to ring the school office to make an appointment. All that remains is for me to wish you all a very happy Easter break. We will look forward to welcoming you all back to school on Tuesday 14th April.
