15th May 2026

Today tThis week has been an important week for our wonderful Year 6 children who have had their end of Key Stage 2 SATs. They have been absolutely fantastic this week, facing their challenges with maturity, calmness and a real hard work ethic. We are so pleased and proud of each one of them the fantastic effort they have shown - well done Year 6! Today they have thoroughly enjoyed letting their hair down and
celebrating with a water fight and a special lunch. Next week Miss Ungerechts and I are taking all of Class 3 away on their residential trip. We shall be out of school from Wednesday morning until Friday afternoon. Mrs Chaplin in her role as Senior teacher will be 'holding the fort' for me while I am away. If you have any messages or need to speak to her during this few days, then please make contact with her through Vicky in the office.
Lastly, just a little reminder that through this year we have been phasing out our yellow school uniform polo shirts and moving steadily across to white. The aim was always to have only white shirts by September 2026. Please bear this in mind over the coming weeks, if you are buying new uniform ready for the start of the new school year. Thank you
